SHIPPING
We currently ship to addresses within the United States and its territories. For international shipping, please contact us at customerservice@sylkm.com  prior to placing an order.

Sylk&m ships all orders via UPS, except for gift cards that ship via USPS.

We offer the following shipping options within the United States:
      - Ground: 1-5 business days depending on distance to destination
      - 3 Day Select: 3 Business days
      - 2nd Day Air: 2 Business days
      - Next Day Air: Next Business day (for orders placed before 4:00pm)

Please note, we do NOT ship P.O. Box addresses.

The shipping charges are based on:
      - the weight of the package
      - the distance between the destination and our shipping headquarters in California
      - the method of shipping selected
 
Orders containing Gift Cards and no other merchandise will be shipped at no charge via USPS.

We process all orders within 24 hours of receipt, provided the purchased item(s) is/are in stock. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday at 4:00PM Pacific Time, excluding holidays. If we encounter any problems processing or shipping your order you will be contacted within two business days.

Holiday Shipping: Please note that holiday shipping may require additional time, please email us or call us to inquire about holiday ordering deadlines.

RETURNS
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, YOU HAVE TO INFORM US WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER (check the “contact us” page). Upon making arrangements, return has to be within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping). You may also be issued a gift card of at least the same value of the purchase… Your choice!

Note that items returned must be new and in their original packaging to receive a full refund. Used items will not be accepted.

If the return resulted from our error, such as a wrong order or a defected item, we will pay for the return, and mail you a replacement (depending on item availability), or refund you for the value of the purchase...

Returns of purchases paid for via gift cards will be refunded to the original gift card.

It takes 3-5 business days to process returns.

Holiday Returns: items shipped between November 1st and December 31st will be accepted for return until January 31st of the following year.
